How long does installation take?
Most single-location installs are completed in 4-6 hours. We handle everything—you just need to let us in and point us to the network closet.
What cameras do I need?
We provide a recommended hardware kit, but Tuxedo Drive works with most IP cameras you may already have. We'll assess your setup during the site survey.
Can I use my existing POS?
Yes. We integrate with major car wash POS systems including DRB, NCS, Washify, and others. Custom integrations are available for other systems.
How long is footage stored?
30 days by default, with options for 60, 90, or longer retention. You can also export clips permanently for records.
What happens if my internet goes down?
Local buffering ensures you don't lose footage during outages. Uploads resume automatically when connectivity returns.
Do you offer training?
Yes. Every install includes training for your team, plus ongoing access to our support team and training library.
Is there a contract?
